2001 power stroke missing when its cold

my F250 power stroke has just spent the last three weeks in the jones west ford shop with a miss only when its cold in the morning and they cant find whats wrong any help would be appreciated

Sounds like a injector that dosn't work cold or a glow plug is bad. Ive seen the both of those do that. A bad injector cold is hard to find unless you have a scanner that can watch powerbalance like a WDS it can watch each cylinder. Sounds like it needs to go to a dealer that is more up on diesel diag.

the miss is in the number one cylinder they changed the injector and replaced the wiring harness thanks
