Has anyone run coilovers instead of lifted coil springs in the front of there EB? I was thinking of running cross over steering but do not believe it will clear the coil springs and buckets? Any concerns or what you would do different next go around? Thanks Shawn

I ran SAW airshox on the front of my old EB, but at that point there wasn't much EB about it. Let me know if you want any pictures.

I remember back in the day I believe Mike at Bent and Twisted did a nice stockish EB with coilovers. Here's a pic of the rig he did:

Did they run the stock radius arms or did they just link it?

If I remember it had a radius arm front setup (wristed?), 4 link in the rear and fullwidth axles.

If you are trying to keep your rigs COG reasonable and axle in stock general location, I found that crossover steering on hi-steer arms will severely limit uptravel due to clearance issues with the EB oilpan and front crossmember. A greater amount of lift and/or axle relocation could make it possible. I chose to keep my bronco lift around 3" over stock, leave the axle where the most uptravel clearance was available (stock location) and run the GM TRE steering linkage flipped and mounted on top of the stock knuckle location.

16" travel 2.5's, 7" longer cromo tubed radius arms and 1 1/4" heims. Probably gonna need a HA driveshaft. Working on hydro bump mounts next.

first off nice setup you got , just a couple questions are those axles full width and if so do you have a overall front view of truck? again looks great. really makes me want to get my ass in gear on mine.
