The answer to this question might be buried in here somewhere, but I'll be danged if I can find it, or anywhere else on the internet for that matter....
I have a 91 351W in a 70 EB, and have installed the 94-95 Mustang shorty (Reverse rotation) water pump, timing case cover and crank pulley. Now looking for the rest of the bracketry for the ps pump, alt, and possibly AC unit for OBA.
March performance offers a polished billet aluminum setup for this application, but #1, it's pricey at $700+, and #2, polished billet aluminum will look just a tad outa place on my junk. They won't sell me just the alt & ac brackets, it's all or nothing. http://www.marchperf.com/pg40.html
They other thing there setup uses is the remote resevoir PS pump from an 87 pontiac sunbird, anybody know the specs on this pump? Will it reliably run a hydroboost brake system and possibly full hydro steering together?
And lastly, can someone with a 1.5" body lift measure up to the hood and see if there's 14" from CL of water pump to the bottom of the hood?
