I must say, I think it looks a lot better with the windshield and targa bar taken off. Let me know what ya think. ~Steve

looking real red, I mean good :)

Are those RCI seats? how do you like them? I'm contemplating getting them for mine but I will be driving it around town occasionally and to the trails so I wonder how comfortable they are.

They are Summit Racing seats, but I am pretty sure they are the same thing as RCI's. I like 'em a lot. They're no Caddy seats, but they are pretty comfortable for driving around town or the trail. And they hold ya in real good when you dump it on it's side. :D ~Steve

What does something like that cost? What size is the tube and what wall thickness is it?:)

Are those 5 points mounted to the floor? I don't see a cross brace on the bar to mount them to.

I got it from Roadless Gear for $220 (just the front add-on). Made from mandrel-bent 1.5"x.120" ERW round tubing. Little research on the competition??? :D ~Steve

Yup, mounted to the floor. I'll probably mount them to the cage later, but they are okay for now. I want to add-on to the cage later and mount the seats and everything to it. ~Steve

Yes but no, I just wounder what everyone else is using for there Zuk's. Anyone taken a real serious hit with one of these kits? Also is there a reason for the Mandrel Bent tube?

erw has a seam right? well then how is it mandrel bend tubing? it would be kinda hard to have a correct fit of the mandrel if there is a seam. that is unless the mandrel is notched. just an observation.

also on the seats. i run rci's in my jeep and a buddy of mine has the summit seats. my rci's are a tad wider in the lower portion you sit in than his summit's. i alway thought they were made by the same company but when you sit in them you can feel the difference. i have to take my wallet out when i sit in his. i like mine though. i think they are the best seat for an open aired aired trail rig. especially for those of us who see rain and mud from time to time.

We've never bent with a Mandrel set up so I'm not sure what types of material you can use with the Mandrel, however we've done alright with just a rotory draw style bender.:)
