Well the guy driving the jeep was a good guy, but he didn't have very good luck that weekend. The picture was taken on sunday in the last creek on Jim and Juanitas, where he broke the u-joint straps on his rear and had to go all the way back down power line in front wheel drive.

But, get this, I ran with the same guy the day before, on the same trail, and he broke the same thing in the exact same place, and we had to help get him back down. But to his credit he didn't need very much help, he 2 wheeled everything but the hardest uphill sections, and he did it 2 days in a row.

hay raker is leaving out the best part, i had to pull him the rest of the way out. but the guy was a good guy, just didn't get a traction bar made in time. he would wrap up the rear springs and spit the drive shart out. he had done a full width swap and got it together right before the weekend. mike
