This is a TP21, aka "Sugga" = Swedish for "sow". the body is from a WW2 era Volvo taxi, drivetrain is a takeoff of old Dodge - flathead six, 4 spd crash box, 2 spd transfer, 3rd member type diffs with manual diff locks. With disk brakes and a diesel would be "perfect".

They are quite common on offroad events in Sweden. The axels look much bigger than d60 and 14 bolt.
