I can get you the dimensions for a second gen.
I just grabbed the side-to-side frame rail dimensions. These are rough, there are clearance issues with other stuff and I couldn't get a straight line to measure.
27.5" inside
33" outside.
I couldn't get the distance from the cross member forward, i need another person to help.
The cross member is at the very back of the tranny, actually where the tranny and transfer case meet.
:bounce2: and so it begins
I could grab some #'s tommorrow for ya off my 93...its cold and rainy right now
oh and do you mean the center of the tranny xmember to the front of the beam? There isn't a diff cover...

Ok...
Inside to inside:26.25"
Outside to outside:31"
Center of x-member to front edge of beam:~42"
hope those rough measurements helped:smokin:
