here DSI read slowly....
Not to be an ass, but what did crash technically do? I see the "crash proof bumper". I see the heavy duty front spring mounts. Did he build the flatbed? suspention? Oh and the crash proof bumper is like having 90proof wiskey.....it will kick ass and not care.

the bottom pic has no shock towers so i guess crash did those, ford towers?

Crash did the bumper, the front spring hangers, shock towers, rear spring buckets, along with the rear waggie setup with buggies.

I have been in the process of building the flat bed and custom body work over the last year between other projects. :flipoff2:

look very cloe at the first pic and read what goes with it....

notice teh 33in BFG's, no gears, and a perfectly straight body???

now look at the later pic's, the passengers side looks like it was beat with a hammer for an hour or two... it's got a crawler, locked on both ends and got some sweet suspension....

stop :smokin: so much and look close!

i'd use some of those bad ass ford mount's if i had enough patience to grind the 4in thick glob's of weld off my frame... (damned goldbar ppl)

nothing twards you crash :D
Hey DSI get a fawkin spell check!! I do a few but not every other word is misspelled!!
As far as "look close" fawk man did you take that picture with a zoom lense?
All I see in the first pic is black tires, no, doors and a bed.
The after pix show dents on the drivers side(not visable in first pic), a cool new bumper, and a flat bed.
I cannot see the crawler, I cannot tell (or care) about new dents. I do not see any sort of shock towers ANYWHERE.
I also cannot tell if the rear sag ass suspention is new or old.
If you want me to get all gitty about some guys "after" photos then you may want to tell me a little more detail on the changes.
BTW keep up the good work guys :D
I do want to see the rear suspention work, and hope it really doesn't sag that bad.

SO where are some pics of its maiden voyage?

AMJ

Well as usuall I didn't get any pics of my rig and I was getting to damn cold in the snow with wet feet to get and take shots. :crybaby:
I think Dave has a pic or 2 of me attached to my favorite tool in the snow :flipoff2: But is was a fun day watching Dave blast thru 4' foot snow drifts and me having to come behind him and plow thru it again because of my smallers tires. Lets just say at one point in time I was so barried coming out of one of these holes I had to hi-lift and winch at the same time to get out

Cold is an understatement. You know your feet are a cold when they start hurting when they warm up. :p

skye, are you digging for something here or just being a dick head?

i'm guessing it's the latter of the two...

Skyetone

well i wouldn't exactly call it digging. More like blocking. Me and you seem to want to rip on each other. I take it well and you get all worked up. I simply pointed out some flaws to your rant twards me. If you feel as though it is "diging" then fine so be it.
I'm done with this thread
