Will they work on a SOA or will they be too weak for the weight of the Fj40. I have lots of heavy steel in bumpers etc. My rig weighs almost 4900lbs when fully trail ready.

I found this link (http://www.pirate4x4.com/forum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=18878&highlight=44044) when I searched but it didn't really answer my question in layman's terms.

Oh yea I'm going with 60" wide 60's front and rear and will be running 38.5" tires.

ON THE RANCHO CHART CRUZAH SPRINGS ARE RATED FOR A LITTLE MORE THAN 300LBS.44044'S ARE 300LBS.

IM PRETTY SURE THEY HAVE QUITE A BIT OF ARC.
YOUR RIG WILL BE TALL.

I think they will be fine for a TLC since a Waggy is probably just as heavy or close to it. I know they will probably flatten out some since some of the Toy mini guys are running them and they do sag after a while, but most of them have taken out one of the lower leafs to break them in.

I just put on the 7 leaf front waggie springs at all four corners. Mine are used and out of mid 70s to early 80s waggies. They still have ALOT of arch. I think most of the sagging occurs from using the 4-6 leaf versions of these springs. I'm not totally familiar with the 44044s, do they have 7 leafs or?

BTW, I think Sean or is it Shawn on this board runs the same springs with one ton running gear on his cruiser.

The ones I have on the front of my 4runner are 6 leaf and super flexy. I know the runner don't weigh what the cruzer weighs but I hope they sag a couple inches and flatten out. The only reason I'm even looking this direction is 4WPW is selling them for a little less than $150.00 per pair right now. I think I'm going to by 4 sets just for shits and giggles at that price. :smokin:

Are you seroius? That is a screaming deal. The lowest that I have seen them has been $119 each.
