i have a chance to get cj rear springs but i was looking for yjs, so is it worth the effort to put them in or should i just keep looking for the yj's????? this is only for the rear of my zuki...........and yes i will be making a traction bar to go along with it........

I have had front CJ's as well as YJ's. IMHO, the YJ's are more work if you make the brackets or more expensive if you buy them, but they flex and ride a LOT better and it is well worth the price/hassel.

so your saying i might as well just wait and get the yj's.............right??? i can fab my own mounts and have all the stuff in the garage, but i have a chance to get a pr. of cj7 rear springs for 60$............good deal and their in great shape......... but i was looking for the yjs to start.........and well i found a new spot for a trail on my properity out my bunglo, damn its a mint up hill gully with the bottom all rocks and fallen down trees, i walked up it for about 20minutes today and it kept going but i didn't want to walk any farther in that deep of snow(sides were snow and bottom was water).......... some spots i had to pull myself up with trees cause it was that steep, and other spots get right narrow.......and well it'll be a great trail.......... so i might just need that extra flex, but i'm getting off-topic now so any other commonts are welcome......

I say if your wanting to do YJs, do it right the first time, it will save you money and time in the end. Just my $.02

thats the way i was thinking...........but anyways how stiff are cj7 rear springs???? would they be good in front???? i'd hate to pass up that offer if i could use them after all........but i think they'll be bad for an aproch angle.............
