How about your garage. It is so easy to do. Although you might need access to a press. If you can't do it then hook up a fellow zuker and git-r-done!!!

I think I could probably put the gears in, however I have never set gear lash. I aslo have shiftter arms I need to put in there for 2 wheel low conversion. Is this hard to do?

you don't adjust the gear lash. You simply reuse the stock shims and trust washers. Your arms are not hard to install either. The biggest pain in the ass is going to be to get the springs and detent balls back in. I do suggest a factory service manual though. Has complete tear down of a tcase. If you don't have one there are several step by step wright ups on the net.
