I sent my cruiser birfs to B. Long last Friday and he called me at home to verify my order and to make certain I understood the recommendation for installing a mini birf in a cruza.

He said he would install the end bolt and washer if I wanted.

That is good old fashioned service with a smile.:)

Got mine last week -- going in this week. After getting ripped off by Redline, not to bring up another beat to death item, this is the best alternative. I'm hoping they will hold up --time will tell.

If he installs the bolt and washer, how will you get it into the hub?

I'm guessing he meant he would provide them, they have to reinstalled after the inner hub.

I was just being a smartass. He'd see really quick that he'd have to un-install them.
