I swear my head is still spinning. I'm looking for a fuel cell that has at least 20+ gallons capacity, a pick-up sump in a neutral or dual location for off-camber situations, maybe foam, a return line fitting for fuel injection, and possibly a sender for gauge. Also, one that won't take up a whole lot of space in a bobbed Scout II. Post up pics and specs. Thanks! :smokin:

I think its www.speedwaymotors.com
They sell all kinda of cells.watch out for the 'race safe' brand.good product but you really don't need a nascar approved cell.we payed over 300 for our bare bones 12 gallon in the comp scout.I guess its ok cuz its the comp truck but for my current project I ordered a basic generic 16 gallon with a remote fill neck.I don't know if you can get them set up for a sender but you can get them with a dipstick if you really have to know your level.

I run a Jegs Al fuel cell, it has a sump with 2 ports, and 2 ports on the top for return and vent.

I have the 22 gallon cell from Speedway Motors - but it takes up the whole bed (what is left anyway...) and I didn't spring for any of the options - you can get senders and such and remote fills.
I tried to find a pic of mine but came up blank -- they are all on the computer at home.

Marine tanks are a good option that gets overlooked:

A guy I know works at Mueller tanks. Had him make me a custom 33 gal out of 16 gauge stainless. Half of fits in the stock location above the skid plate. The rest comes up thru the bed. $250.:D
I'll post up a pic whenever I get around to getting a digicam.

I didn't think the RaceSafe cell was necessary. Looked at Jaz and the ones in Summit. The roundy round cells would "probably" cause a problem on a decent. The bottom sump would be better if mounted sideways? Just lining up a prospect 'cause I'm pulling the existing tank and the 5.0 plumbs on the same side. I thought of just running a return line to the present tank and a secondary fuel pickup on an opposite side. I use a stick gauge and I'm guessing it's a 20. :smokin:

It just cracks me up that someone is willing to sell something, but won't go through the motions of shipping it.:shaking:

Since it's used, it's a major PIA to ship....
You have to clean it really good.
