Ive got a Waggy 44 front and I want to match it with a 6 lug rear Dana 60, I have a full floater 8 lug 60, but I need to know how to do the swap, What parts do I need, I know I need alloy 6 lug shafts but what else would need to be done? I realize the axle will need to be cut down, what do I need for it to be semi floating? Thanks for the help.:usa: :skull:

Cut off your full float spindles, weld on a set of these ends with a jig (60.00pr) and then order up axles from moser/dutchman ect

Wouldn't it be easier just to swap the front stuff out for 3/4 ton Chevy parts and run 8 lug and keep the rear full floater? Maybe you already have six lug wheels or something...

I agree, keep it a full floater. If you ever break an axle shaft, it makes life way better:D . If you are worried about running 16" rubber, jus get a set of 15" 8-lug rims. I jus picked up a set of 15X10 8-lug wagons for $45. Way cheaper than the conversion to SF rear. Jus use chevy 3/4 ton front stuff on your Waggy front. Who knows, you might even score a set of flattop knuckles for high-steer while you're at it:cool2:

much agreed, keep it FF.
but if you must have a six lug, why not just sell the 60 and try to get yourself a semi-floating 14bolt.
