What all is involved in swaping a 2wd C6 to a 4wd? I have been told all you have to do is unbolt the tail housing off of the 2wd and bolt up the tail housing from the 4wd to the 2wd trany but I think that there should be more to it than that. Is it worth doing or should just have the 4wd trany rebuilt. I have a rebuilt 2wd trany that is in great shape and a 4wd trany that is shot.

Hey, what bellhousing bolt pattern do you need? I know a guy that has a rebuilt 4wd C6 with the big block bell. He'll probably let it go real cheap.

Did you and Roger go wheelin last weekend?.....I'm cleaning my garage today. First time I've seen the floor in a year!:nuke: :D

Tranny has to be stripped down to replace the 2wd output shaft with a 4wd output shaft.

Matt I need a 302 bolt pattern, Yes me and Mr. FearMe went out it was fun you should have gone but I understand why you did not.

You are sure that is the case? I figured that was true but I have been told both ways.

Mr. Dusty Balls :D is correct. If you have a good 2 wd one it might be worth it to have someone swap the outputs. I also have a spare 2 wd small block C6.
