On my way home from the 'Con I had a little vibration....on further inspection(I took off the belly pan this afternoon) I noticed the t-case was a little crooked,....OK a lot-a-bit crooked. Both t-case arms where twisted(even my reinforced long arm) and my tranny mount has left the zuk somewhere between the 'con and home. Good thing I had the CV drive shaft to take up the compound angle I was running!! I need to beef things up in that area also I see

Glad to hear you made it home that way. I had that problem, and it seems to have ended now that I have the 5.13's (and reinforced arms). The gears greatly reduce the t-case stress. I got mine from Trail Tough. I saw your post on the axles and I would highly recommend that set up if yu stay Zuk. Don't get his low-rider/rock-catcher rear spring mounts though. I ground mine half the way off this weekend on the rocks. They gotta go

I rode the rear shackles down the steps more than anything. I'm going to look into replacing the rear springs with my 2.5" YJs and shorter shackles. I got a lot of repairs to do!
