Alright, I'm reserving my spot for my garage build. Today I did some minor demo of the old patio on the house and then tried to flex out on the garage but it was too weak and as I went up it started to fall over so I gave up. But I still backed a tire through the wall :flipoff2:

I'm still drawing the full set of plans for the shop but heres the site plan, new shop is a bit bigger than the old garage eh?

The house is getting fully remodeled as well. Getting all new windows here in a week or so. Then it's on to an all new kitchen and bathroom and moving some walls around and new flooring, paint, cabinets, etc. Then it's on to landscaping the front and maybe I'll get to move in?
