anyone know what kind they would be its an 87..also what transmission would it be if its an auto..and how do people break axles so much? thats wut it sounds like in a lot of the forums.-thanks.

You need to be a lot more specific to get any real answers. Aparently you havent been off-road much if you wonder why axles break. Usually people get them in a bind and give it too much throttle. Thats a general answer for your general question. I would say you probably have a full float 14 bolt and a 44 front. Also you most likely have a turbo 400. Look at the pan and then search to see what it is.

nah..havent..just bought a truck, and im doing engine work..i am only 14 so, i have a lot of things to learn and a lot of work ahead of me..thanks tho

another question..i want to learn to mig weld since its the simplest, what would a good one be, i need it really cheap because between buying a new engine and all that and other stuff it isn't cheap as you guys know..so i need a cheap mig welder to start with

no d44, 87=10bolt. rear could be either 14b full float or semi float. dont ask how to tell, search and ye shall find, and learn.

U gotta watch it though. That requires a 220v outlet. Check in the garage to make sure u have one or ur parents are willing to install one if they dont already have one.

my dad knows a few electricians..so they'll do that..i have 2 bumper designs, a spare tire mount..and a bike frame..for welding a winch bumper and stuff..think after a lil practice i will be able to weld d ring shackles and a trailer hitch?
