I'm looking at buying a body lift to gain some clearance on a 85 4Runner. I hear that 4crawlr makes a good B/L. My question is about the install. Here it goes: I can probably install it but i dont wanna fawk anything up. Is there anything specail i need to know? I'm going to go with a 2inch lift so i know the general specifics. Is installing this on a 4Runner harder than on a truck since its a 2 part deal cab/bed? Any help would be good. Also try to keep the flaming to a minium:flipoff2:

just installed two of those in the last month one on my runner and one on my brotherinlaws runner no different than any other lift as far as install but his product is a good one.

They are easy as pie to install. kinda time consuming for your first one (took me and another guy a whole weekend) but it will get easier.

Go for it. Dont be a dumbass like me and pay 450 to get one installed. (can we say taken up the ass!)

V6toy4x, what year did you insatll the B/L on? Would you be interested in helping install one? I'll throw in lots of free :beer: I live in Hayward. ( whatever kind of :beer: you want :)

The instructions that come with the lift (and are on his site) are very easy to follow.

It's not hard at all........ I used his 3" with no problems ;)

Oh and it's easer on a 4runner ...........
