Looks kind of like a 203 or 205 with PTO.

I am gonna guess that it is an NP 200 (or 202) as used in the 6x6 Dodge, I think. Looks like a NP case to me anyway.

Its got two shift rails similar to my 205. Its divorced. It also has the intermediate shaft like a 205. No tag on it though.:mad:
