I just replaced the Brake Proportioning Valve on my early 1988 Zuk four days ago. Before installation, I drained the old, dirty brake fluid.

Now, with new brake fluid and after bleeding the system, the fluid has become dirty... (not as dirty as the old fluid, but still dirty!)

How do I "flush" the system so that my brake fluid stays relatively clean??? Since brake fluid is cheap, I'll use whatever is needed..

Old VW's brake systems taugh me that mutiple "flushes" are required to clean out the system.

Find one of those "quick lube" places near you that has a force bleed system, That will get all the dirt and air out. Its worth the $.
