From past experiance. When looking at trailers the big ones look most desirable and you think you just gotta have all that room. Well after buying a 35 ft King Of The Road with 3 slideouts i learned a lesson. You dont spend very much time in the trailer and the size limits the places you can go. I pulled another trailer behind the fifth wheel with my bikes or whatever i needed and when going places it sometimes became a challenge just to get fuel, although those times were in unfamiliar towns but that is why you get the thing so you can travel. When i do it again i will buy around a 24ft and pull another behind it. Go see if you can rent one like you want to buy and just see if thats what you really want.

smurf.

the "extra" room is not for the family but to take all the toys. gotta be able to take the crawler and quads and dirt bikes.

fuel. my truck has a 1000k mile range with the extra tank. besides i usually get my deisel at truck stop and if truckers can pull big rigs in i am pretty sure i can get my junk to fit.

limits. the only places i need to take my box is the hammers and pismo, and out to the races in the mohave desert. i refuse to even go to a trailer park with my motorhome. i like wilderness camping. :D most of my time is spend out in the desert where size is not an issue.

Even being an F-350, you will want air bags on a trailer that size. Bossman's F-350 went nose up with a 44 foot aluminum trailer in the bed. 60 p.s.i. put it back where it needed to be.

I was looking at them a couple of years ago. It wasn't in my budget at the time, but Sand Tek seems to have the best quality. And they will work with you on doing those "custom" features that you want.

Ron Snyder has had a giant weekend warrior for several years now. He tows his rig and the rest of his stufft, it is BIG! I love that thing. He think he owns ORGS (Off-Road General Store) now, call him if you want to see how he likes it.

Most of the guys around here bought ones that had the space for living quarters, but had to actually BUILD that part themselves. Saved a bunch of $$, but a lot of extra headaches.

Check this one out, a whole lot nicer than the thor (tahoe) I stopped and checked them out this weekend. The only bad thing was the head room in the bedroom.

I have not had a chance to check out the warrior yet but they look nice.

I dont think anything like that would be to good in the midwest. You would be all over the road.....wwwwwwwiiiiiiiiiiiiinnnnnnnnddddyyyyyy!!! !! Although it scores real high on the cool meter.
