I'll be doing gears on my yota in the next couple months (never done them before) and I know that I need a press/puller, torque wrench (got that), 30mm socket, dial indicator and some type of stand. What other tools am I going to need and who would you recommend me purchasing them through? Thanks guys.

You'll want some gear marking compound. The yellow GM gear marking compound works good although it is a bit expensive. See the parts guy at you local GM dealer. I tried prussian blue and it sucks, the GM stuff makes it much easier to read a pattern.

Search the for gear installs this is covered quite often. Here's a good write up for Toyota gears: http://www.4x4wire.com/toyota/tech/gear_setup/
Plus I'm sure there are a bunch on PBB, too. You'll also need an INCH LB torque wrench, (I got a snapon dial in/lb torque wrench from a pawn shop for about $60) but you can find them several other places also Randy's Ring and pinion sells them and so do these guys http://completeoffroad.com/wsm/c-21_differential_tools.html
I got most of my other tools from Harbor Freight: dial indicator, micrometer, calipers, bearing splitterm etc
