Rebuild 4 Ton BlackHawk Floor Jack?

Hello,
My neighbor just gave me this 4 Ton BlackHawk Floor Jack (model 67405).
What is this jack worth?
It is about 4 feet long, the handle is about 4 feet high
It doesn't lift, the hand trigger doesn't work...

I have a sandblaster that I can use to clean up the jack and probably get the rest working....

I am trying to decide if it is worth it to fix it or throw it away.

Wow, talk about a coincidence, a good friend of mine just gave me the EXACT same jack, for free, that had the ram rebuilt. The trigger on mine is frozen up right now as well, but it still lifts perfect. I would say that the cost of the rebuild kit is worth it, cause the jack is a nice heavy duty unit, and Blackhawk makes some good stuff if you ask me.
