These ends are some of the ones we are using on our housings. Recently we've decided to start offering just the housing ends, for talented DIY folks, and well setup shops!

First up, is Dana 60 Full Float housing ends. These are machined from 1" thick billet 1018 steel, in house! The spindle bore, spindle mount face, holes, threads and tube bore are machined in the same setup to ensure PERFECT alignment. We've been making this style of end for more than a decade! Then when Dustin (Red Bull Rockcrawling fame) wanted the lightest, and strongest axles possible, we took to scalloping the outside. The result is what you see, and what you get!

We're stocking 3.5" tube bored ends, and 3" tube ends.

EDIT: Old style D60 Full Float end. This flange simply accepts a stock chevy front D60 spindle, allowing for a 35 spline, Full-Float axle assembly, with easily replaceable spindles. And of course, machined so it presses onto the tubing, no butt welding here!

First shown is our older style Toyota Full Float ends.

Check out the new ones, with the caliper mount machined as one piece! We've been doing bolt-on Full-Float axle kits for the Toy minis since dirt was new. Now we're simply combining the stock housing end, and our Full-Float rings onto the housings. And of course, these ends, like all the rest, press onto the axle tubes for strength!

Also sold per pair, with the caliper mounts.

Caliper mounts work for stock solid axle brakes, or 86-95 truck calipers and FJ40/60 rotors. Doing something else? just put the caliper ears towards the front of the axle, and mount whatever you'd like on the backside!

They are made to fit the 3.5" tubing.

They are shown loose, because they photograph better this way.

Sorry for the confusion guys. We do have bolt-on Full-Float kits for the Toy rear ends currently.

I know its not what you where looking at to begin with.....but I think a flange that would allow a D60 spindle and brake bracket to be bolted on would be a great idea as a seperate part.

Yes! Design on those ends is done, very similar to the other 60 ends, and will end up the same price. I think we'll have them done next week! What tube size are you looking for, and I'll set a pair aside for you!

We've done a couple sets of D44 ends, if we get just a tickle of interest, we'll do a run of 3" bored D44 ends for axle builders! I do have a set of 3.5" bored ends on the shelf.

I am thinking about options for a full float 6 lug rear 60.. Will Dana 44 outers work with 25 spline shafts and your 44 housing ends???

You could use our 44 ends to put D44 spindles on the D60 center. You would just be limited in shaft size to what you can get through the D44 spindle, max 30 spline.
