Finally starting to build my '59 FC-170. Planning on running 14bolt rear/ D60 front, Inboard waggy springs, 100" modified wb, IHC BD-265 6-cyl, T19-wide ratio, and 36's. I just found out that glass for this truck ( if i roll it) will cost $1200. I need an exo that will protect the glass, as I wanna run it on the street. I have caged a CJ once, but this truck will weigh a shitload more than that. Do you think that 2"x1/8 wall box tubing will be strong enough? I hope so, cause i can get that shit mad cheap!

Sorry that this is off topic but do you have any pics of you FC? I'm trying to get a M-677 and those things are sweet!

I should have some pics of it up on my site soon. I'll post a link when i get them. If you want a cool FC, A friends of mine is selling a FC-170 DRW HD, runs a T98 4-speed, and D70's in big-six lug pattern. Not sure what he wants for it

I did not know that the 170's came DRW. To my knowledge only the 150's did from the factory. Maybe a conversion or am I wrong?
