I have a YJ 92 jeep wrangler with an overdrive transmission. The gears are giving me problems. Mainly 2nd and 4th gear, it is making a grinding noise when i try to get into them. I think it might be the synkronizers and/or the clutch. Hard to shift into 2nd and 4th gear. Does anyone else have this problem? What can i do, or any suggestions for me??

probably the synchronizers.

i think you have no choice but to open and replace all the synchs and whatever else you'll find in there, like damaged gears etc.

Yup, probably the syncs. Pull it and rebuild it.
