I am about to build a rear bumper for my Sami. Can some of you post some pics and tell me what kind of metal you used? 2x4 or 2x6

I used 2x5 3/16 wall for mine, got 2 sets of lights from a forklift shop, and added a 2 1/2" tow receiver...

2" round tube, .120 wall

I bought the bumper blank for 50 bucks from rockie outfitter out of UT. Had the holes cut. I just capped the ends and used angle iron for the mounting brackets. Looks like it belong on the sammy. Check out izook.com they have some pictures in their sammy tech section.
