I have a 79 Cj7 with a 20 in the rear with 1 piece and detroit, 30 front with Tru Trac. I do not have the $ yet for new axles and new coil lift. But I do need some flex and lift. I have 35's on it and some old damn springs with shackle lift. Rides like a Kenworth and flexes like my granny. I need some suggestions on some lift kits that will do until I can get my 60's and coils.
Any help or suggestion much appreciated. Mike:usa:

A setup that I have seen work well on CJ's and YJ's is tuff country front spring and BDS rears for a YJ. To fit YJ spring on your front end just buy some shackles from rubicon express. This setup works great because tuff country springs are the softest on the market (as far as I know) and the BDS springs are soft enough to flex good but can handle a load better then the tuff country.
