Background - daily driver, 6" superlift, 35" mud tires, Autotrac, 5.3 V8, stock 3.73, used for getting around the deer lease (no heavy off road)

I tried the search but can't find anything useful.
Sounds like I've got a blown bearing.
Looks like there is some separation? at the outer drive shaft.

Has anybody seen a problem like this??

I tried to post some pictures but I am a newbie at this stuff. There is a link??? below
THANKS FOR ANY HELP U MIGHT HAVE ON THIS PROBLEM

The reason you are not finding anything usefull with the search is this:
Pirate 4x4 is to Deer lease super IFS 4x4's
like
France is to War

The two just dont mix. But i regress.....

The pics you posted don't really show too much other than a slight oil leak at the pas side inner CV area. It is pretty common for the IFS chevys to develop a leak there.
What makes you think that a bearing is at fault?

You could also look over at http://www.fullsizechevy.com/forums/
they would have more info on your specific problem.

Dam harsh there Readymix
4X4, lift and a locker is necessary to drive my lease.
Rock crunching and mud thrashing is not what I do with this truck. I have a jeep & 4 wheelers for that stuff

Further exam this morning sounds like the transfer front output bearing is the problem.

Thanks

Nope, not trying to be harsh at all. My truck is pretty tame compared to many here. But you really will find more answers over at FSC as most people here believe that "IFS IS THE DEBIL....."
