first off, i was expecting it to be ridiculous "rough", boy am i surprised! it actually rides better than my stock suspension. probably cause its stock 88 leafs with some old shocks. needless to say, i'm super happy. not my daily driver, but i drive it as much as i can. for 450 shipped with both manual and ps drop pitman arms and steering stabilizer this kit is the bomb.

now to my issues;
the rear track arm won't line up with the supplied bracket, what are my options, i tried jacking it up at different angles and still no go. it's off approx 1/4 to 1/3 of an inch. what are my options here?

second issue is the steering stabilizer, i can get the nuts off no problem but how do i get the rod off of the bolt. botton just slid off, top looks to be a press fit, tried my pitman arm remover and my other puller, but cant get it to grab. i'm thinking i need one of the split type chisel to bang it off, is this right?

tks,
rob

As long as you run your panhard rod and your swaybar you won't really notice the rear track bar when it's gone. I don't.

I told you, you'd be happy with the Rough Country lift. Anyways I ditch the track bar in the rear, you don't really need it. (I never actually ran either the front or rear, or sway bars for that matter)

Perhaps you are thinking about a TJ, he has a YJ.

Anyways, that rear track bar bracekt is angled, you do have it on in the right direction?

On the steering stabilizer I had to actually pop the drag link off (won't affect your alignment) and put it on a cinder block to knock the stabilizer out, it just needs a good tap with a BFH.
