Im trying to find A suitable set of shafts for my custom 9" rear. Its to be a 35 spline full float 8 lug. Im using 14 bolt C&C hubs, a spool for now, detroit when I can afford it. Looking for about 65" WMS. Im trying to find a shaft about 35" long with the right bolt pattern on the flange. I am trying to run factory style full float shafts for ease and cost of replacement if necessary, plus off the shelf alloys will be much cheaper. I had a set of sterling shafts that are a good length, but have the wrong bolt pattern on the flange and a set with the right flange pattern but are too long. Any recommendations? Ill probably end up buying a set of yukons for the time being and have a junkyard spare or something. If it's an a little narrower I can deal with that since Im building the housing around the shafts and can run a set of spacers in the rear, but Id rather have the correct length to begin with. So what kind of vehicle am I looking at for these?

try moser, they can make anything you want in any length.........

Ive thought about the custom made stuff, but right now I'd rather try and find an off the shelf option first. Our shop deals with superior and moser as well as Randy's. Im thinking, for my application, a set of yukons will be more than enough, so I want to try and find a good option that way. Plus the idea behind the build is to build a strong FF axles with as many off the shelf parts as possible.

Dont think I mentioned this but its going under a ZJ with a healthy built V8, dana 300 w/ 4:1 and 35s-37s.

Looks like the dana shafts and gm shafts have different bolt patterns in their flanges, so I can't find an off the shelf option, but looks like Wagoner Machine can make me exactly what I need extremely quickly!! And for a better price.

WMS or Dutchman.
I've dealt with both and they're both great.

use a set of dodge front dana 60 hubs on the rear they will fit the 14 bolt spindles and should bolt to the dana 35 spline shafts

i have a set of dodge dually hubs that were machined to single wheel for $80 if you want them

Why not just use Dana 70 spindles, hubs and shafts?

If your set on 14 bolt stuff, id recomend Dutchman

Im using the 14b hubs since they fit on the aftermarket spindles Im using. The original plan was to use factory style flanged FF shafts rather than custom dual splined shafts, but then I realized that the flange bolt patterns were different, so it kinda killed that idea. Plus I don't need hubs in the rear as I would never unlock them and this will still be a daily driver, and thats one less moving parts to worry about. And with a twin sticked dana 300, I dont need rear hubs anyway. this is a built from scratch axle, so using factory spindles isnt really a good option sicne there isnt a good way to adapt them to the tubes im using without a lot mroe work than i want to do, plus we're exploring options for future retail versions of these axles.
