: performance cam?

Any info on performance cams? I've found a motor to replace my dead one and a cam comes with it...its not in the motor so I'm wondering if its worth putting it in..........any info. he's also got the carb but won't sell it with it....."Allons fligner la mud"

it depends on the grind of the cam. there are literally about a dozen grinds that i have seen at different sites for sale. who made it and what are the stats on the cam. those are the questions you should ask the seller not us.........aint no miss cleo here!!!:rasta: :rasta: ohh and from one newbie to another .......welcome:flipoff2: :flipoff2: :flipoff2:

There are several grinds produced by Suzuki (Pre EFI, EFI, 1.6EFI). You need to select cam based off what you want to do with the motor. Some of the more extreme cams (like the Iski) are top-end cams and you will loose low end torque (not good for rock crawling, but good for Mud/Sand)....

I've got the specs on the Suzuki cams if you'd like to have something to compare with.....
