The light bar has been removed, Still have it, and all 5 KC lights will go with the jeep. 2 of the lights are mounted on the new bumper but not wired up. Will get current pics of it with the winch and front bumper installed hopefully this weekend.
Rebuilt Engine installed 2/2003, less than 16,000 miles on it since. All of the following were replaced at the same time engine was installed..
Weber 32/36 to replace carter POS. Also installed manual choke.
Clutch, pressure plate, and throwout bearing
Vibration Dampner-ordered from dealer
Brakes-front and rear, new rotors and calipers on the front, replaced the rear master cylinders on both drums
Shocks-Rancho all the way around, Fronts are 5 position adjustable
Front and rear Diff fluid was changed
New Belts, Thermostat, Haeter core, and radiator rodded
All emmisions related junk removed
Aftermarket Tempature guage, after engine install, could not get the dash guage to function.
Exhaust was cut off when engine was removed, and it was all replaced, with no cat.
TFI upgrade with Big cap, and accell coil, accell 8mm wires, replaced igniton module.
Borg warner Xtra vision headlights
All Dash lights replaced w/ Red 192 Bulbs
In the last six months- Fuel Filter, Plugs, Starter, All four driveshaft ujoints, 8000lb Raymart winch, LOD front bumper, LED Tail lights and rear side marker lights, Homemade sway bar disconnects
I have everything needed to put onboard air on it minus the air lines- a York converted, ready to bolt on, Brand new Air tank, Pressure Switch, Blow off valve, all necessary Brackets for the york and Altenator (altenator is moved lower), Idler pulley, new belts to put on with this setup, and air line fittings.
31x10.50-15 Tires have a little over 15,000 miles and dont show a bit of wear. They are mounted on some Boyd Rims that could use a little cleaning.
Have all parts that were removed by me- spare tire and carrier, original taillights, front frame cover, original coil, rear seat brackets (no rear seat didnt get it when i bought it), May still have the original front bumper not sure, and other odds and ends. Any Parts that I have that Came off of this jeep will go with it.
The jeep runs great, fires everytime. Has had a vibration since engine was installed, have traced it down to flywheel or clutch out of balance, or engine/transmission misaligned. Worse Case Scenerio.. Replace flywheel and install clutch kit, check alignment of engine/tranny with clutch install- less than $500 in parts if you do it yourself. Can get Flywheel ($102.99 Shipped) from http://www.autopn.com/store/pc/viewP...dProduct=18434
Have a new baby, and no time to work on it anymore. Have to let it go.
Feel free to email me w/ any questions, or if you would like to come look at it. Located Northern TN, Southern KY, Fort Campbell Army base area ~ Seadoinit@netzero.com
I have over $9000 invested in this thing, and I am prepared to take a loss
Asking $3500, or any resonable offer. Have Clear Tennessee Title in Hand
