I just got my 4" lift and wanted to know how hard these are to do. The fronts have spring packs, brake line relocators and a pitman arm. The rear are just lift blocks and I should be able to do those in my sleep. Any tips would be great so I can get this dont the most easy way I can. I have the front clip off the truck so pretty much nothings in my way. THe truck frame also has ned bushings, leaf spings and everything else already. All these parts should come off with little to no problem. I have a heated garage and air tools. Just really looking to do it right the 1st time so any tips, pics and so on will be great! Hell stop over this weekend and Ill buy the pizza and beer. You can even watch a movie on the 8foot x 8foot projection screen I have in the garage.

Thanks, derrick

pretty easy. my 10 year old son and i did mine in one day, including shocks.

soak the pitman arm nuts
do not move the steering while the pitman arm is disconnected

damn bigdautoparts, i wish my friends offered pizza and beer and a movie for helping them out. i only get that on dates & that's b/c i have to pay for it. lol. one thing i can suggest is to not overtighten your bolts. torque them to the specified measurement on the ubolts and when boltng up the spring backs to the hangers. good luck. keep posted with pics.
