Quick question, I just put slotted/cross drilled rotors on my Disco. Is it normal to hear a clicking noise from the front rotors at slower speeds?

I don't know about a clicking noise, but when I first put on a set them made a humming noise when the brakes were applied. Supposedly that is a normal sound they make.

I have drilled/slotted Brembos front and rear on my daily driver and it makes a "whizzing" sound when the brakes are applied but no noise going down the road.

I have springs between the pads on the pins that the pads slide on. I wonder if this makes a difference?

if you go with anything but a stock application (stock on some vehicle at least) you should expect some kind of noise. just a payoff for the better performance
