Also, are the T-Cases in the Sidekicks divorced like the Sami, or do I need to look strictly for a 2wd(I want a divorced case)? scwafish 09-15-2001, 11:11 AM The 1.6 is heavier, but I don't know by how much, they are both really light compared to damn near anything else. 1.6 4X4's come with a married t/c, but if you by a cheap adapter plate you can run a sami tranny behind a 1.6, which is what most people do. Gozuki 09-15-2001, 02:19 PM I put a 2wd tracker tranny behind my 1.6, really like it. Everything is bigger, bearings, shafts, gears and esp. the flywheel. You will need to shorten your intermediate shaft, or buy a modified one from hawk suzuki.
