I just tried the Wrangler springs in the rear. They do not flex out any better than CJ. I even opened up the clamps.

are you refering to cj front springs or rear springs? are you sure your shocks are not limiting your travel?

I took the shocks of and the same thing, I have long shocks.

Yeah, something is wrong. Those Wrangler springs are quite a bit longer than the CJ fronts - they should provide noticably more flex....

dumb question but are the shackles maxed? If not how long? I know stock wranglers use pretty long ones...

I have 7" long shackles and they are all the way down. The flex is good just not any better than CJ.

I had the back tire 1 foot off the ground. I never could get a front tire off the ground.
