what color smoke?
blue = oil
white = water
black = fuel
you might have a head gasket issue and your burning water with the fuel, this would cause white smoke
if its EFI you might have injector problems and its getting to much fuel, this would make black
if your rings are shot and oil is seeping up and burning with the fuel that would make blue smoke

or...... if it's most noticible on deceleration it's probably worn valve guides.

Its a brand new motor and seems to be due to loose intek bolts.??

Never heard of it, but its possible. For you to have enough room for your motor to suck oil out of the galley into the intake ports, I would imagine you have a massive vacuum leak though.

Do you hear a sucking sound or is it running rough?try shooting some intake cleaner around the intake see if the rpms jump up.

I will try the cleaner spray trick and no it isnt oil just leaning the mixture out causing smoke I think.
