: what makes a loaded caliper...loaded?

like with the monte carlo rear disc conversion...what makes it a loaded caliper or not? did they make loaded and unloaded calipers in 1978? or does loaded just mean that it is allready loaded with pads???:rasta:

I used to work at an auto parts store, and compared with many questions its not that obvious.

"so, what does a carborator (I know my spelling sucks) do?"

or

"whats the difference between 5w30 and 10w40 oil?"

Just make sure you keep the safety switch "ON" when you install a loaded caliper.
