I am sure this has been asked a million times. Anyone know where to get a chevy tie-rod taper tool. I just broke my old one. I got that one from cal-van tools but they discontinued it. It doesn't even say the taper degrees on it. Even If someone could tell me the taper, it would save me the time of trying to be exact enough in measuring it. Thanks

Nope, that's about what I paid. When Mike told me Snap-on had them, I thought 'Oh this ain't going to be cheap'.

I just bought mine a few days ago from snap on, $60 canadian, delivered right to my doorstep, did my pitman arm in the drill press and it worked awsome, left a better looking taper than my stock arm had, did my lower arm in place with a 1/2 inch drive drill and it worked ok, reamer wants to take a really big bite so it stalls the drill alot.
