Wrangler springs in rear [Archive]

For those of you who are waiting to flame, I did a search and 98% of the stuff that came up was for Wrangler rear springs in the front. The other 2% helped a little but not much.
My question is simple. I have a set (front and rear) of stock Wrangler springs.
Can either of these be used in the rear of my 86 4runner, and approx how much lift will they give?
The front Wranglers have AAL's, so if an extra leaf is needed they are already there. Thanks
