Can you jump in the sand with them in a F150 w/35s (approx. 7000lbs.?) I know they flex great, but how are they for all around wheelin w/the occasional whomping over bumps style driving at speed. My CHEAP ASS Super;lift 6" cols are the worst thing ever put on an old truck. Fawk superlift and their six inch blocks! Anyway back to the coils??? Input needed

They are good in an EB.....don't know how they'd be in a F150. I had WH Rockcrawlers before the BC coils I have now and I will say that they are very soft. Probably not the best for jumping in a heavy rig.

For your F150, I'd say try BC Bronco's Coils. Get the ones specified for a 351 and a winch. The will be much firmer than the WH Coils.

A eb coil is bout 1.5 inchs shorten then a fullsize coil, then you need to add in a sag facor as your fullsize will sag them down another 1.5-2.5 inchs
so with a 5.5 inch spring you will probally be looking at a 2 inch lift height from a stock srping on your fullsize
