Sorry for the slow reply.Like smitty said, been doing alot of fab work on the new rig and usually lose track of time.Here is the pic you want.Not the best but it shows its purpose.

This bites,I went in to add the balls deep logo to my signature and it told me that my e-mail was rejected.Whats up with all the boards becoming so strict.I suppose there is no room to be personal in you posts anymore.anyway this post will let me see what exactly happened.:usa:

is that the pic of the hole ripped in the housing???? i thought it was yours that the trac bar tore it open cause it was only welde on one side.........???........if not sorry......

Thats the damage it done.If you look real good you will notice 4 seperate holes it tore out of the housing.Yes I am the one that it happened to.Sucks that it happened but now its all good and I'm back to wheeling again.Hopeing to go tomorrow.If I do,i'll Try to post some pics of all that go.Why did you need that pic for?:usa:

just wanted to show a guy that wants to make one what would happen if its not done right................ just didn't want him to have the same problems as you or any others........... i think i got him talked into doing the u-bolt and SPOA pad on its side idea that CSR has.......

MAke the front mounting point a drop link type of mount.If you are solid on the axel and solid on the front mount you get what happened to me.Either use a link type of mount or a sliding bar inside your main tube.The sliding bar is how I inteend to remedy my problem.But then again it will now be on the new ride "Benji" not "Dr. Evil"Take care and good luck.:usa:

thanks gurmpy, i just don't want him to rip his diff open espically at the zuki-fest when he'll be in anouther province...........about 6hours away wouldn't be good, i have anouther rear housing i'd swap in for him but that'll take some time.........
