One dood rode a BMW R80GS from Fairbanks Alaska to the very tip of Argentina. I guess the real bitch is a place just south of Panama called "the Darrien Gap" Basically, there's no road. They guy on the GS had to hire local forrest people to help him drag his GS through the jungle. Quite an adventure.
