yeah, just found out that they are needed only afer 38"s
but according to summit any offroading reqires 2.

If Summit says that any offroading requires 2 then they must be over stocked on steering stabilizers and are looking for a sucker

im running 40s and i dont have any. if your steering geometry is good you dont need one and in my opinion your just putting undue stress on the steering box and pump making them work harder than they have to. im guessing you have the stock steering set up on your tj and you should prolly use 1. the stock tj steering system ( tie rod and d link) sucks. with the y type system as the suspension droops the tires toe in. a solid tie rod from knuckle to knuckle is much better and doesnt do this
