I imagine one can get all sorts of custom things done in workshops in Pakistan. What does skilled labor cost per hour there? In the States we're talking about $25-60/hour.

i honestly can't stand those kinds of bumpers/grill guards whatever that people buy and put on their little suvs. they serve no purpose. 9 out of 10 times there are no extra lights on them or a winch or anything. just thre for looks.. or maybe it's a front weight enhancer to increase traction i don't know, what's up with that crap

Well.. Lets see.. U would be amazed at teh labour costs.. With mechanics its around $5-20 a day depending on what you are working on(you have to keep in mind that the average monthly income for an Average individual is around $100-$200(even lees than that)..
Yes you can get all the things custom made here(I got the rear spare tire carrier of my 79 Cherokee custom made..) and pretty cheap too.. Like the grill in the first pic would cost around $100-$175..

Yes. Right. The only thing I think that is not of the same quality in these things is the Chrome.. Otherwise I think they are just as good(plus cheaper).. Even if you get them chromed in the US they would still be cheaper I think???

With all the EPA restrictions around here I think the chrome might be better on the grill guards chromed in your country :D

I could ship in a container ful of these and other parts.. That would be economical.. Using DHL would be suicide.. :D

From what I read a few years ago in regards to painting a vehicle in India or Pakistan, it is far cheaper to paint the entire vehicle and pay someone to scrape it clean with a razor blade then to mask with tape and paper and do it right!
Labor is pretty darn cheap if that tidbit from National Geographic is correct!
WOW!
