I know the twin stick thing has been covered to death, and this may not be hardcore tech, but here is my project on the install of the J.B. Conversions, http://www.jbfab.net/ , Scout D300 Twin-Stick conversion:
This kit is *supposed* to be specifically made for the Scout D300, but it did/has required some customizing. It also mandates a removal of the transfer case from the vehicle...unless you drill a good sized hole in the transmission tunnel. Which I was tempted to do after I installed the D300 the first time to replace the D20....only to find that the twin-stick fulcrum bolt cannot be installed with the t/c in the Scout. Great....grrr..
Business end that the D300 bolts to, and a shameless plug for the RPT Tranny mount. Great product.

Here is the twin-stick installed on the Dana 300, with the sticks custom bent to work in the Scout. I have a 2" body lift and poly body mounts, FWIW.
