Okay two camps on this just looking for others thoughts on the subject.
I am talking primarily about swampers (bias ply)
When it comes to street pressure run them at max or take some air out, enough to make em sit flat?
The two theories...
Max pressure means less contact which means less heat and a soft compound tire like a swampie won't wear as quickly because it's cooler?
Or run them flat more contact patch means more heat and wears quicker or cus it's taking a load over a larger area it will wear much more evenly making it last longer?
I know I know swampers are for trails what's all this street talk blah blah, but I'm just curious.
Thanks
