well the 4x4 works but 3 times last night driving 45+ when i hit the brakes the front axle 4x4 kicked in. not the case (not 100% but the light stayed on 2 wheel) well anyway it made a grinding noise till i stoped. i had to click it into 4 then back into 2 to get it to stop making noise

so now it makes a little noise and im worried its going to happen again. i dont want to go with an aftermarket cable i just want to know whats causing this.

are they set up like the old s10s? im sure that the front diffs would swap.

no really looking for a cure just wondered if anyone else has had this problem. its so common to hear that the 4x4 is out on a blazer but i dont recall hearing what i have going on from anyone else yet

oh i used 4 wheel once that night but it dint give me problems untill 3 hours later and over 60 miles later
